All the wines are available in taste portions, glass servings, or as part of a customizable tasting flight. Our adjacent Double Helix Boutique offers 200+ bottles of rare and hard-to-find labels from all over the world, plus a selection of wine books, unique wine accessories, wine-infused gourmet foods, and specialty spirits. As the newest addition to Town Square Las Vegas, the 2,800-square-foot space features a full bar that offers over 30 unique wines by the glass, 50 whiskeys, sampler flights, and Double Helix’s signature “winetails”. Chef Doug Vega, whose previous experience includes Daniel Boulud’s DB B
rasserie, has created a wine-friendly small-plates tasting menu. Guests are treated to shareable, melt-in-your-mouth dishes that satisfy any craving for $15 or less. Our diverse menu includes chacuterie and cheese boards, vegan flatbread, and a range of gourmet comfort food dishes like shrimp and grits, meatballs, and cabernet brownies a la mode. The pet-friendly and cigar-friendly patio has been extended to accommodate a new fire pit, cooling mister system and ultra-comfortable lounge-style furniture. The newest venture from the Double Helix Wine & Restaurant Group, Bottles & Burgers By Double Helix features gourmet burgers and salads, paired with DH’s private label wine and 30 selections of half bottles of wine. The Happy Hour menu is offered every day from 4-7pm.
Lead by executive chef Doug Vega, Bottles & Burgers focuses on the craft of savory burgers. The menu offers a variety of appetizers, salads, burgers, entrees, special French fries and desserts. Gourmet burger selections include beef, tuna, chicken, and veggie; all beef burgers use a special ground prime blend. Adult beverage options at Bottles & Burgers include half bottles of wine, a variety of draft beer, signature cocktails and winetails.
Double Helix's private label wines are available by the glass. Current varietals in the Pinup Series include Chardonnay, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Zinfandel. Double Helix's "Black Label" line is available in very limited quantities, and includes a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Super Tuscan style red blend. Handcrafted adult milkshakes celebrate one of America’s favorite drinks by adding spirits to enhance the sweet experience.
Located in the main dining room, Bottles & Burgers’ old-fashioned soda fountain area will be a delight for children of all ages. A throwback in time, the fountain area is designed around the soda and candy shops from the 1950s with white marble counter tops and red leather swivel stools. Children can sit at the counter and order old-fashioned sodas and handcrafted milkshakes from the “soda jerk.”
The indoor dining space features red leather booths with hardwood table tops. Two pet-friendly covered patio spaces are great for all members of the family and are equipped with wicker furniture and glass top tables, a fire pit and misters. A third, separate outdoor patio space will serve as the designated cigar smoking area.
